The Y (vertical axis) is the Sun's tilt in degrees +/- compared for each month as viewed at the equator
and the X (horz axis) is the solar noon correction in minutes advanced or retarded compared to UTC Zulu time at noon.
Our Earth is tilted on an 23.5 deg axis and a slightly out of round orbit which causes solar noon to vary by
about +/- 15 minutes durning the seasons.
